Biography

He is a Director of Nutrition and Health Extension Programs, Clemson University, USA. He received Ph.D. in Food Technology in 2012 from the Clemson University. He received his B.S. in Home Economics/Dietetics in 1993 from Eastern Illinois University and M.S. in Clinical Nutrition in 1999 from Rush University. His research interests reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.
