Photo-biological Control of Weed Germination

Photo control of weed germination via phyto chromes is suited to reduce weediness of agricultural fields by means of the method of lightless tillage. Basing on 25 years of experience and research on this topic in Franconia the present state of possibilities and problems of this method is presented.
