Alessandra Guerrini

Biography

Alessandra Guerrini is a Assistant Professor from 2006 of the Pharmacy  Faculty at the University of Ferrara. She is member of PhD Teaching Staff in "Biochemistry, Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies". She develops her research activities about themes pertaining to Pharmaceutical Biology: phytochemical characterization strategies of plant sources particularly interesting for health fields, development and optimization of traditional and innovative extraction methods, supercritical fluid extractions, separative and structural methods with innovative methods for metabolomic approach; bioactivities of phytocomplexes, fractions and pure compounds to test health efficacy and safety; biotransformation of natural compounds.
