Localization of Mycobacterial Antigens by Immunofluorescence Staining of Agarose Embedded Cells

Here we report the adaptation of an immunofluorescence staining method for mycobacterial antigens. Our approach is based on agarose embedding followed by thin sectioning of the bacterial samples.
