Evaluation of the Effectiveness of the Implemented Food Safety Management System ISO 22000:2018 in a Dairy Products Plant in Gaza strip, Palestine

Aim: This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented FSMS ISO 22000:2018 in a dairy products plant.
Method: For evaluation the effectiveness of the system, the same types and numbers of samples (n=88) that were collected before implementation of the ISO22000:2018 were collected from the plant once again after ISO 22000:2018 implementation.
Result: The results revealed that the physical, chemical and microbial profile of the dairy products, water and swabs were improved.
