Biography

Zhen-Chuan Fan is currently working in the division of Key Laboratory of Food Nutrition and Safety (Tianjin University of Science and Technology),  in China. he is having the skills and expertise in the subjects of Cell Culture,  Western Blot Analysis,  Bioinformatics and Computational Biology, Gene Expression, and  Molecular Cell Biology.

Research Interest

New-generation genetics tools for food microbes, Green cell factory, Metabolic engneering, Nutrition metabolism.
