Dr Weiqun Wang has received his PhD in Animal Physiology and Biochemistry from the Nanjing Agricultural University during the period of 19851990 Currently he is working as an Professor in the Department of Human Nutrition Kansas State University He is serving as an editorial member of several reputed journals including the Molecular Nutrition and Food Research and the Experimental Biology and Medicine He has authored or coauthored over 50 research articles/books He is a member of the American Society for Nutrition and the Society for Experimental Biology and Medicine
