Watanabe T has graduated from the university of Tokyo in the year 1979. He has been working as a professor in the university of Tokyo from the year 2004. He is the counsilor of Japannese cancer association, Japannese society of Hematology and pathology and the Molecular pathology society of Japan.His laboratory is studying the molecular pathophysiology of malignant lymphomas and HTLV-1-associated adult T-cell leukemia, based on the current biomedical technology, as well as the molecular basis of HIV latency as a new target of AIDS treatment
