Biography
Sun-Ok Lee is an Assistant Professor from the Department of Food Science University of Arkansas. Sun-Ok Lee did her B.S. from Dongduk Women’s University. She did her M.S. from Dongduk Women’s University and Ph.D. from Iowa State University Nutrition (minor: Toxicology). She has extended her valuable service for many years and has been a recipient of many award and grants. Her international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. Her research interests reflect in her wide range of publications in various national and international journals.
