Dr. Bell is the Chief Science Officer at Nutrient Foods in Reno, Nevada. She previously was the Chief Science Officer at Yevo International, sister company of Nutrient Foods, in Salt Lake City. She developed a functional food product, DelightFull, which is a snack bar that contains low-glycemic load carbohydrates to promote satiety.
