Biography
Sefa-Dedeh is a Ghanaian food technologist and educator. He is Professor at the University of Ghana, School of Engineering Sciences in the Department of Food Process Engineering. At the University of Ghana, he has served the University of Ghana as Foundation Dean of the Faculty of Engineering Sciences; Dean of International Programmes and Head of the Department of Nutrition and Food Science. He has also served as member of the Public Service Commission of Ghana and Board Chairman of the Ghana Food Distribution Corporation.
