Biography
Dr Pulkit Mathur is currenty working as an Assistant Professor in Department of Food and Nutrition from Lady Irwin College at University of Delhi. Dr Pulkit's PhD research work was at the Food and Drug Toxicology Research Centre, National Institute of Nutrition, Hyderabad. A gold medallist from University of Delhi, credits more than 80 publications in National and International Journals, books and periodicals. She was part of the team that prepared the “Dietary Guidelines for Indians” at National Institute of Nutrition. Her research interests lie in various aspects of food safety, diet quality and nutrient profiling.
