Paul Grant

Biography

Paul Grant is currently a general physician specialising in diabetes and endocrinology.
He undertakes general, specialist and community diabetes clinical work as well as thyroid and general endocrinology clinics. Following an interest in patient safety, he is currently working with King's Improvement Science on a project to improve pre- and peri-operative diabetes care.
He lectures on the King's BSc in Clinical & Molecular Endocrinology and south east thames SpR training scheme. His research interests include the management of monogenic diabetes in pregnancy, the overlap of tuberculosis and diabetes, reducing variation in the quality of diabetes care and neuro-cognitive changes in patients with metabolic disorders.
