Biography
Mr. OUMAR SOCK is Professor of Analytical Chemistry. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Sciences from Cheikh Anta Diop University (Dakar, Senegal), a Master of Science in Electrochemistry from Louis Pasteur University (1977, Strasbourg, France), a Doctorate 3rd Cycle in Electrochemistry (1979, Louis Pasteur University, Strasbourg) and a State Doctorate degree in Electrochemistry from University Paris 12 (1986, Paris) where he has been Assistant Professor during seven years. He was awarded “Best Thesis” by National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS, France) and joined Cheikh Anta Diop University (C.A.D.) in 1987.
