Biography
Nishaanthini Thiruselvam is investigating the feasibility of rice fortification using parboiling and high pressure processing with three micronutrients: folic acid, iron and β- carotene. Her project will involve studies of the physical and chemical properties of fortified rice, consumer acceptance/sensory studies.
