Biography

I have been working as a lecturer in the Applied Linguistics Department at King Saud University for several years during which I earned a High Diploma in Teaching Arabic to Speakers of Other Languages and a Master’s in TESOL from King Saud University and the University of Washington, respectively. I chose to join the Ph.D. program in the Department of Near Eastern Studies because I believe it can expand my linguistic knowledge and open up new lines of questions that can lay the groundwork for my future research career.
