Dr Badrinarayan Mishra a public health expert par excellence is presently working as a senior professor in the Department of Community Medicine at Ruxmaniben Deepchand Gardi Medical College (RDGMC) Ujjain, MP, India. He received his Bachelor's degree in Medicine and Masters in Community Medicine from SCB Medical College the premier medical institution in Odisha and one of the top and oldest centers of medical teaching and training in India.
