Biography
He is a Project Coordinator and consultant in Food Safety and Processing of Traditional Food Products at INOVA., Instituto de Inovação Tecnologica dos Açores. He is also a Lecturer and Student Adviser for the Post Graduation Course in Food Safety and Public Health, University of Azores. He is awarded with Ph.D in Food Engineering from Universidade Católica Portuguesa. He has many research publications and hand book to his name.
