Biography
Dr. Lemia Shaban is an Assistant Professor at Kuwait University, Dept of Food Science and Nutrition.She mostly teaches BSc and MSc level courses in Nutrition.She was the Director of Assessment and Accreditation at the College for Life Sciences (2015-2017). She frequently gives talks around Kuwait as part of her community service and has also designed several healthy eating menus in both schools and health centers. In her spare time she counsels patients with a Functional Medicine approach.
