Biography
Dr. Jasminka is registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) and a fellow of the American College of Nutrition (FACN). She completed her Ph.D. at the Ohio State University and the University of Zagreb, in Medical Sciences and her MS at the University of Utah in Foods and Nutrition. She has recently identifies a new syndrome: a triad of bone loss, muscle loss and asipose tissue expansion in older individuals and termed it "osteosarcopenic obesity syndrome".
