Biography

Gianna Ferretti is an Associate Professor of Biochemistry in the Dept of Clinical Sciences, Faculty of Medicine, Università Politecnica delle Marche, Ancona, Italy. She is also a member of Italian Society of Biochemistry and Italian Society of Human Nutrition. Her scientific activities has been documented in more than 110 scientific publications in peer-reviewed research articles like Study of the structure-function relationship of biological membranes and plasma lipoproteins in normal and pathological conditions, Molecular mechanisms of oxidative damage: the role of endogenous and exogenous antioxidant systems with particular reference to human nutrition.
