Professor Elena Cavarretta graduated with honors in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Rome "La Sapienza" (2004) in co-supervision with Tufts University, Boston, MA and Specialisation in Heart Surgery with honors from the 'University of Padua (2010). Author of several scientific publications in international journals and 2 book chapters. she currently works with the University La Sapienza in Rome, as a PhD student and is the winner of the selection procedure for Researcher. she has particular experience in the field of echocardiography clinical, particularly in the assessment of valvular disease. And 'member of the European Association of Echocardiography.
