Foued CHEOUR is a faculty in the department of High School of Applied Biology of Médenine University of Gabès, Tunisia. He received PH.D in Food Sciences and Technology from Laval University, Québec, Canada. He published 40 articles in international journals. His research interests include Membrane Lipids, Food Processing and Engineering, Post Harvest Technology, Food Chemistry
