Biography
 Lema Abelti is a faculty in the department of Micro Biology, from Oromia agricultural research institute Zeway, Oromia, Ethiopia. He is the Editorial Board Member of many journals and serves as a member of various associations, apart from being an author for many books.  His research interests include Food science, nutrition and food technology,International experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study.
