Biography
Akubor PI have done B.Sc, M.Sc and phD in Food Science and Technology. He is a Professor with the Department of Food and Technology, Federal University Wukari, Taraba State, Nigeria. Currently,he is working on bioactives, essential oils and flours from orange fruits by-products for food applications and nutraceutical potentials.
