Nurshad Ali is an Assistant Professor at the department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, Sylhet, Bangladesh. His teaching area includes Nutritional Biochemistry, Food Chemistry, Public Health and Chemistry of Natural Products. Dr. Ali received his Ph.D. degree in Natural Sciences from Technical University of Dortmund, Germany. He has several years of experience in teaching and basic science research, covering field of Food Nutrition, Food Microbiology and Toxicology. He has published several articles in internationally reputed journals.
