Ugur Dilmen Born on 1955 in Nevsehir, Turkey. .He obtained his MD from Hacettepe University Ankara/Turkey in 1979, his MSc from the same University in 1982. He obtained his PhD from Ataturk University in 1994.Prof. Dilmen was Chief Resident, Hacettepe Childrens Hospital, Ankara from 1982-1983. He was Physician in Chief, Turkish Health and Therapy Foundation from 1987-1994.
