Dr. Garland obtained her Bachelor of Medicine at the University of Melbourne in 1971, and subsequently worked as a Research Fellow at Harvard University, Boston, USA. She is currently associated with Murdoch Childrens Research Institute, The Royal Children’s Hospital; The University of Melbourne; The Royal Women’s Hospital, Australia. Her international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. Her research interests reflect in her wide range of publications in various national and international journals.
