Biography
Prof. Stephane Desobry has received his PhD in 1992 from the University of Lorraine (France). Currently, he is still working in this University as a food scientist. He has successfully completed his administrative responsibilities as director of the LIBio lab (2005-2008) and vice-president for international relations of the diversity (2008-2012). He has authored 125 research articles and 8 books chapters. His/Her international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study.  His research has included food preservation and food packaging on the stabilization of active biomolecules. He is serving as an expert reviewers for journals like Food Chemistry, Carbohydrate polymers, Food Hydrocolloids, LWT Food Science and Technology.
