Dr Shazi Shakil is an Assistant Professor in Biotech at Integral University, Lucknow, INDIA. He served as an Assistant Professor at King Fahd Medical Research Center (KFMRC), King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He was also a Group Leader of Computational Biosciences Group. He was a Research Unit Coordinator for Enzoinformatics Unit. Dr Shazi Shakil is an expert in the field of Enzoinformatics (Bioinformatics). He obtained his PhD in Biotechnology from Aligarh Muslim University (India) along with the “Most Active Research Scholar Award” and joined King Fahd Medical Research Center, King Abdul Aziz University, Saudi Arabia as an Assistant Professor in 2011. Recently he joined Integral University, Lucknow, INDIA as Asstant Professor. He has 30 publications and 30 GenBank entries to his credit and is an editorial board member in journals of repute. His current research thrust is on computational enzyme-ligand interaction-studies.
