Shahla M. Wunderlich ia a professor in the Department of Health and Nutrition Sciences at Montclair State Univeristy, USA. She is awarded with a Ph.D degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA followed by MS degree from American University of Beirut (Lebanon) and BS from Pahlavi University (Iran).Her areas of expertise includes Food production system, environmental impact, Global food studies and eating behavior. She is an active member of Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, American Society for Nutrition, The Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology (FASEB) and NJ Dietetic Association.
