Dr .Samuel N. Forjuoh, M.D., M.P.H., Dr.P.H., F.G.C.P. is a Professor of Family & Community Medicine, Epidemiology & Biostatistics, and Health Promotion & Community Health Sciences at the Texas A&M University. Sam is also the Director of the Division of Research in the Department of Family Medicine at Scott & White as well as the Founding Director of the AHRQ-funded Central Texas Primary Care Research Network (CenTexNet) based at Temple, Texas. Formally trained as a generalist physician in Ghana and England, Sam obtained advanced degrees in Biostatistics from Harvard University (Master of Public Health) and Maternal & Child Health and Injury Epidemiology from the Johns Hopkins University (Doctor of Public Health).
