Rajesh Raju

Biography

 Rajesh Raju obtained his Ph.D. degree from Kuvempu University, Shankaraghatta, India. He worked at Research Center for Allergy and Immunology (RCAI), RIKEN, Japan for the development of Resource for Asian Primary Immunodeficiency Diseases. At IOB, he is leading the efforts on the development of signaling pathways for NetPath and NetSlim databases. He is also involved in the review of proteomics data in Human Protein Reference Database, Mouse Protein Reference Database and Tuberculosis Reference Database. Most recently, he initiated phosphoproteomics studies in collaboration with other scientists at IOB to analyze and validate biochemical reactions in various signaling pathways.
