Dr. Peter Pickkers did his Ph.D research at St. Mary’s Hospital in Londo. urrently he is working as a Professor for the Department of Intensive Care Medicine, Radboud University Nijmegen Medical Centre, Netherland.
His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. His research interests reflect in wide range of publications in various national and international journals
His research focuses on pharmacological modulation of the innate immune response in translational models and patients. This research entails both the modulation of the innate immune response, as well as end-organ dysfunction, with a primary focus on the kidney.
