Patrice Hugo

Biography

 Dr. Patrice Hugo was awarded Ph.D. in Immunology from McGill University, Canada  and completed his post-doctoral studies at the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute, Australia, and Howard Hughes Medical Institute, USA. In 1994, he was appointed as Principal Investigator and Head of the Lymphocyte Differentiation Laboratory at the Institut de Recherches Cliniques in Montréal. In 1997, Dr. Hugo joined PROCREA BioSciences, Canada as Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer and led the biomarker discovery program in reproductive medicine, resulting in the development of the world’s first diagnostic test for endometriosis and the commercialization of a paternity test. Recently in 2015, Dr. Hugo became the CSO of Q2 Solutions,USA. Dr. Hugo is author or co-author of over 180 scientific manuscripts and communications.
