Dr. Maddi received his PhD training in Oral Biology and a Certificate in Periodontics from the School of Dental Medicine, University at Buffalo. His primary interests are academic teaching and research. His research interests include fungal microbiology, molecular biology and genetics with a perspective to treat oral and systemic fungal infections.
