Biography
Charles Ansong is working as a Scientist at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. Dr. Charles Ansong is a Senior Research Scientist within the Integrative Omics group, Biological Sciences Division at PNNL. The research of Dr. Ansong centers on the utilization of advanced mass spectrometry-based omics technologies and systems biology approaches to better understand complex biological systems relevant to human health and the environment. Dr. Ansong has a demonstrated track record of developing and leading interdisciplinary collaborative research teams, previously serving as project manager for a NIAID-funded Systems Biology for Infectious Disease Research Center at PNNL. Currently, Dr. Ansong is Principal Investigator of an NHLBI-funded LungMAP Research Center at PNNL and also Principal Investigator of an NIDDK-funded HIRN-CBDS project.
