Annelies Draisma completed my PhD project “Endotoxin tolerance, explorative studies in humans” in January 2010 after 4 years of research and intensive care training. In short, LPS is a membrane glycolipid of Gramââ¬Ânegative bacteria and induces a strong inflammatory response when given to healthy volunteers.
Her international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study and research interests reflect in wide range of publications in various national and international journals.
