Amit Nagal pursued his M.Sc in Bioinformatics at the Institute of Advance Studies in Education in 2003-2005, after that he pursued PhD in Bioinformatics from 2007-2010 at the Birla Institute of Scientific Research on topic - "Computational and molecular aspect of lens regeneration”. He worked as a Research Associate at the same institute. He was appointed as Senior Manager Bioinformatics at Xcelris genomics and currently working as Sr.Bioinformatics Analyst at Ocimum Biosolutions.
