He completed his PhD in Biomedical Informatics from University of Nebraska Medical Centre in the year 2014 and M.S. in Computer Science from University of Albany, SUNY. He develops large-scale computational model of human immune system to better understand the dynamics of host-pathogen(s) interactions and others.
