Wilde Mushrooms: the Neglected Plant in Ethiopia

Meeting the growing food needs of the world's population is a major challenge for our Ethiopian democracy in this
time of crisis. In addition, widespread malnutrition and associated diseases are very common in economically poor
people. This forces us to look for other cheap and high quality food options for most of our people. A non-green
