Dr. Walid Medawar is Professor of Nephrology at American University of Beirut, Lebanon. He received his Research Fellow in Department of Renal Medicine and Transplantation, Beaumont Hospital, Dublin, in 1991. Dr Medawar received his Postgraduate Diploma in Nephrology and Hypertension at The Royal Postgraduate Medical School from 1985-1986. He was an Intern at the American University of Beirut Medical Center from 1983. Dr. Medawar has served as a reviewer for many journals. Dr Medawar has over 20 peer reviewed publications. Dr Medawar research interests include renal medicine and transplantation.
