Dr.Tandogan studied medicine at Hacettepe University in Ankara, Turkey. After one year of training in dermatology in Istanbul/Turkey, he began training as an Ophthalmologist at the Faculty of Clinical Medicine at the Univeristy of Heidelberg in the time period of 1991-1996. From 1996-2002 he was practicing as ophthalmologist.He is currently working at David J Apple International Laboratory of Ophthalmic Pathology and International Vision Correction Research Centre (IVCRC), Department of Ophthalmology, University of Heidelberg, Heidelberg, Germany.He is registered in the specialist register of General Medical Council in London.He is the Editorial Board Member of Journal of Clinical & Experimental Ophthalmology.
