currently investigating cell stress, in particular endoplasmic reticulum -ER- stress- from the perspective of neuroinflammation in stroke (by MCAO) and multiple sclerosis (on EAE model) with the help of novel drugs and molecular engineering techniques (CRISPR/Cas9) that enable the generation of transgenic mice.
