Dr Qais Abdullah Nogaim is Assistant Professor in Food Science and Technology Department, Faculty of Agriculture, Ibb University, Yemen. He was deputed by the NAM S&T Centre to the CSIR - Indian Institute of Chemical Technology (CSIR-IICT), Hyderabad, India as a Fellow under the Research Training Fellowship for Developing Country Scientists (RTF-DCS) scheme 2012-2013 during 30 th March to 29 th September 2013 to carry out research work on a project titled " Survey on Ochratoxins in Yemen Coffee". His research interests reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.
His research interest mainly focuses on Food technology, Food toxicology, Nutrition and Dietetics, Nutritional Biochemistry, Food Science etc.
