Pankaj Tiwari is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemical Engineering for Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, India. He received a Doctoral Degree (PhD) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Utah, Salt Lake City, UT, USA in the year 2012. He is a graduated in Chemical Engineering from Madhav Institute of Technology and Science, Gwalior, India in the year 2003 with an immediate post-graduation in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India in the year 2006. As an Assistant Professor, he is a recipient of many awards and grants for his valuable contributions and discoveries in major area of research. His research interests, as an Assistant Professor lie in unconventional and conventional energy resources, process design and development, and kinetic study, modelling simulation and optimization of chemical processes. He is the Editor-in-Chief/Editorial Board Member of many peer reviewed journals and his area of expertise, as an Assistant Professor credits him with many publications in national and international journals. He is committed to highest standards of excellence and it proves through his authorship of many books.
