Biography

 Gordon T. Plant  completed his 1993-1996 Lady Margaret Hall, University of Oxford First Class BA Hons, Psychology and Physiology   1996-1997 University of Edinburgh MSc with Distinction in Neuroscience   1997-2000 St. John's College, University of Oxford DPhil in Physiological Sciences. 'Neuronal mechanisms underlying the perception of slant and binocular orientation'.

Research Interest

 My research looks at how visual information is processed in the human brain, both in subjects with normal, and abnormal vision. In particular I am interested in how the input from the two eyes leads to a perception of depth (stereoscopic vision).
