Dr. Kennedy has a DVM and MS from Colorado State University and an MPH in epidemiology from Emory University. She was an Epidemic Intelligence Service Officer in CDC’s Influenza Division during the 2009 H1N1 influenza pandemic. She has been working in the field of vaccine preventable diseases since 2002. Dr. Kennedy’s involves vaccination coverage assessment, evaluation of methods designed to increase immunization rates, and pandemic preparedness.
