Biography
Betul Tugcu is an Operator Doctor Bakirkoy Dr.Sadi Konuk Education and Research Hospital, Turkey. He was ophthalmology specialist during 1997-99 at Haseki Training and Research Hospital. During 1991-2001 he served at Bezmialem Sultana Foundation Gureba Training and Research Hospital. He is the member of various scientific socities and also published his research articles in repute.
