Biography
Dr. Atuhaire graduated with a Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine from Makerere University in 2006. He obtained a Master of Science in Molecular Biology from Makerere University in 2011 where he worked on Tick-borne diseases. In March 2014, he was awarded a PhD of Makerere University where he worked on the Molecular epidemiology of African swine fever virus in domestic pigs in Uganda
Research Interest

 epidemiology and control of Transboundary Animal Diseases ,molecular diagnostics, Molecular Epidemiology and vaccines.
